My word for this year came to me while meditating one morning a couple of weeks ago.
It is a well-known word.
A word that is simple....profound... but not always easy.
It can be used in ways trite,
or it can change your life
and the world around you.
And while even a lifetime is not enough to fully grasp its depth and significance,
learning its ways and nuances provide the only lessons that truly matter.
Love.
Love one another. Love life. Love the planet.
Love your life. Love yourself. Love creating.
Love and embrace this moment and all that it holds as if it were your child.
Love.
