These Valentine gifts for some friends {and myself} were inspired by discussions about visualizing the our life goals and dreams. So, they're great for waking 'dreaming' as well as for...
...getting some good shut-eye!
I made these of soft fleece and embellished each one with flowers, pearls, ribbon, lace, and a different little cupid.
This is the design I made for myself. I used June Tailor's inkjet t-shirt transfer paper and ironed the images and words onto white fleece. I love how it turned out! {resource here}
Did you know that if you have trouble sleeping, eye masks can create the pure darkness that causes the brain to produce melatonin {the "chemical of sleep"}?
I've been wearing this one for a year and it still looks great! It's so soft and snuggly, too. <3
I gave away my favorites, but had these I could show you. Isn't this a fun way to display them?!
They'll make you want to create a whole life plan... or at least linger in bed until someone brings you breakfast {hint, hint!}!

ReplyDeleteSo cute, I've never wore eye masks before, but if I did I would definitely make one for myself. Better yet, maybe I'll make one for hubs since the light bothers him. You are always so creative, don't know how you do it. Thanks for sharing your inspiration over at Sunday's Best!
ReplyDeleteMe, too! I LOVE them! My Little B goes through phases where she LOVES wearing an eye mask to bed! I always wonder how she dozes off with one on and have several cute pics with her adorned in zebra on the eyes all snug as a bug on a rug!
