Leprechauns are known to have a
sweet tooth.
Well, at least they do around here!
So we made up this fun and quick
little munchie to celebrate
St. Patrick's Day in style!
Here's the
Leprechaun Munch Recipe
We popped 1/4 C of corn in our air popper.
To the popped corn add:
1/4 C dry roasted peanuts
1/4 cup miniature marshmallow
mix and set aside.
Melt 2 squares of almond bark in the microwave
for about 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 drops of green food color
and stir thoroughly.
Pour the almond bark mixture
over the popcorn mixture and
coat thoroughly.
Turn out on parchment paper
and allow to dry.
Break apart and serve.
