Celebrating {Mother} Earth Day
How will you celebrate Earth Day?
After sprucing up your nest, doing some yard work, attending festivities, hiking, or otherwise enjoying the outdoors, here's a refreshing idea: Make your own Lavender Cream Soda.
My hubby and I tried some at a swank restaurant several months ago and loved it {although the drink was pricey}! We now make our own at home with this secret little ingredient: Lavender Glycerite.
Just pour yourself your favorite brand of Cream Soda into a fun glass, add ice, and a drop of Lavender Glycerite. {Of course, make sure it is food grade and meant for ingestion - consult with your shop owner.} Aaahhhh!
Let the glass do all the sweating...
Of course chocolate goes well with the Lavender Cream Soda.
Chocolate goes well with everything.
It's even sweeter served up in this little nest. You know I'm a recycler...can you guess what the nest is made from? I'll be posting that soon.
Don't you love the funky little iron bird tea light holders, too?
Makes such a fun little vignette...
An unexpectedly good combo!
